2. 3D design and sampling
Approved artwork is translated into a manufacturable structure with practical relief, wall thickness, supports, connectors and assembly points.
3. Moulding and production
Resin casting, surface preparation, controlled hand painting, assembly and in-process checks are organised around an approved reference sample.
4. Inspection and packaging
Appearance, function, attachments and packing are checked against the agreed specification before export-carton preparation.
